A free account can be created by suppliers and there is no cost to download or submit documents. 

All competitive events are posted both on the portal and on MERX.  The notice only is posted on MERX with a link back to the portal.  Both sites have automatic notification features based on categories of events and can send out alerts based on supplier preferences.
